Plan Details

Jio's new 3499 plan gives the validity of 365 days to the customers. This plan gives 3GB of data in a day and 1095 GB for the whole year. When the usage limit crosses a day, the customers can continue using the service with limited (64kbps) speed. This plan also provides unlimited free calls to all the networks within the country and also provides unlimited free SMS.

Jio TV, Jio Cinemas, Jio Security, Jio Cloud, and Jio News are some of the important features of this plan.  This is the second plan which offers more than 2GB in a day in their portfolio. Earlier, Rs.349 plan was the only one that offered 3GB data, but it was a monthly plan.

Jio's long-term plans

The Jio has two other long-term plans besides the newly launched 3499 plan. These are giving better offers to users throughout the year. These plan rates are 2121, 2399, and 2599.

2121 plan offers 1.5 GB data, unlimited calling, and 100 SMS for 365 days. The customers can access Jio TV, Jio Cinemas, Jio Security, Jio Cloud, and Jio News in this plan.

In Rs.2399 plan, the customer will get 2GB of data, unlimited free calling, and 100 SMS. This plan also leads customers to Jio TV, Jio Cinemas, Jio Security, Jio Cloud, and Jio News.

The plan of Rs.2599, that gives the validity of 365 days and 2GB of data. It also gives an unlimited calling feature and 100 SMS per day. This plan also assures 10GB of data additional, and Sydney Hotstar subscription as well. It is providing access to the other Jio services that are available on other plans.

When we check out offers and prices of Jio's annual plan, we can realize other operators' plans are more profitable. The noticeable thing is that this new plan doesn't provide any access to mainstream OTT platforms such as Amazon Prime and Netflix.
